  Thank you to the friendly member of staff who happily repaired the arm of my glasses that had fallen off as the result of a screw coming loose. She also sorted my frame which had gone slightly skewiff and cleaned the lenses without my asking. This is typical of the service you receive at vision Express in Burton. A couple of months ago I ordered prescription sunglasses, they should have taken longer to arrive but as they knew I was going away they fast- tracked the order.

  So much for Retinal photography, they missed my mother’s had major issues with her cataract, tried 3 different glasses, told her she needed to hold things closer to read. She went to Boots for second opinion without retinal photography, the Optom looked at the back of the eye and found out straight away she needed refered to eye clinic. Shameful put an old lady through a lot of stress
