  i purchased a ford mondeo mk4 08 from this company and 1 month after my warranty ran out the gearbox went. took the car to trust ford so they can repair or replace it because due to the year i would get a discount. and i was told by trust ford that the gearbox on my car was a after market gearbox and is not a genuine ford gear box it is in fact a aftermarket gearbox. because of this i had to pay full price for a new gearbox and i couldn't do anything about it. the staff at trust ford believes that this was done buy the dealer due to the make of gearbox that cannot be bought without a business licence from china. if you buy any cars from this dealer check with the manufacture to make sure your parts are genuine before the warranty is up or they will get away with it just like they did with me.   When I was looking for a car I found two on the website and contacted the sale team via onlinechat. I described the cars that I wanted to take for a test drive and that I would come the next day. All sounded good and set up. When I turned up and looked at the stock I noticed that one of the cars was still on the ramp(!!!) and they didn’t have enough people to get it down for me. I was disappointed that my journey was a total waste of time. Well, I drove for an hour to actually drive back home without even being able to sit behind the steering wheel.
